About Us
AI Career Insight is a growing platform focused on helping users with career guidance, AI-powered solutions, and digital opportunities. We are looking for an energetic and organized Business Operations & Client Success Executive to support our day-to-day business activities and ensure a smooth experience for our clients and users. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, good with communication, and enjoys managing people, follow-ups, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client/user inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email, and other channels
- Follow up with leads, customers, and business contacts in a timely manner
- Coordinate daily business operations and assist in process management
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, lead data, and internal trackers
- Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution and follow-up
- Assist in partnership outreach and basic business development activities
- Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
- Prepare basic reports and updates for management
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Docs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable speaking with clients/customers
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Who Can Apply
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, admin, client handling, sales coordination, or business support
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Noida
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in startups, EdTech, HR, career services, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, or customer communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
